ROSE ROMA, Rome

The apartment is set in the real heart of Rome, giving easy walking access to Piazza Navona (1 km), the Pantheon, and Borghese Park. Public transport is also convenient for reaching further landmarks. The surrounding streets are filled with restaurants, bars, and shops, making it easy to dine out. The central position means most attractions are within a comfortable walk, but the area can be busy - soundproofing helps keep the apartment quiet.

The accommodation includes two bedrooms (one with a very firm mattress, one with a standard feel), a compact shower room, and a living area with an uncomfortable sofa. The kitchenette is equipped with a stovetop, fridge, dishwasher, and basic cookware - but lacks sufficient utensils and glassware for longer stays. Air conditioning is available but may trip the circuit if more than one unit runs simultaneously; the boiler must be manually activated for hot water. The property is on the first floor via one flight of stairs and has no balcony. The decor is dated and maintenance varies, though the space is generous and the location compensates.

Breakfast is not included in the standard rate; check availability when booking. For other meals, the immediate neighbourhood offers a wide range of restaurants, from pizzerias to fine dining, all within 300 metres. Popular spots include Pizzeria al Leoncino and Osteria Siciliana. Self-catering is possible with the kitchenette, though you may need to supplement the limited kitchenware. The apartment is well-positioned for grabbing a quick bite or enjoying a full meal out.

The property has no wellness facilities such as a spa, gym, or swimming pool. For leisure, an ice-skating rink is available in the surrounding area. The main leisure advantage is the central location which puts Rome's cultural attractions within walking distance.

WiFi is free throughout. A paid airport shuttle serves Rome Ciampino (16 km). Daily housekeeping can be arranged at an additional charge. Express check-in/check-out and invoice provision are available. There is a shared lounge/TV area. Laundry is possible with the in-unit washing machine. No parking exists on site. Accepted payment cards include Amex, Visa, MasterCard, and others. Pets are not allowed.
