RUOTE STYLISH LOFT BY MMEGA, Florence

The apartment sits in a calm neighbourhood just outside the historic centre, offering a peaceful base while keeping Florence's main attractions within easy walking distance. San Marco Church is an 8-minute walk, Palazzo Vecchio under 1 km, and the Uffizi and Accademia Galleries are also close. A bus stop is located directly outside, and tram line T2 from Santa Maria Novella station provides a fast, direct link. The immediate area is well supplied with restaurants and bars, many of which feel local rather than touristy.

The 85 m2 apartment has two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. The living area includes a sofa, seating area, dining table, and a flat-screen TV. The kitchen is fully fitted with a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, and coffee machine. Parquet floors and air conditioning run through the unit, and the top-floor position contributes to a quiet and airy atmosphere. The apartment was renovated recently and is kept very clean. The lift reaches the floor but there are 5 steps from the lift door to the apartment door.

The fully equipped kitchen allows guests to prepare meals independently, with a stovetop, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, and kitchenware. The surrounding streets contain a variety of dining options, including Il Vegetariano, Caffe Rainer, Trattoria Pizzeria da Nasone, and the Florence Irish Pub, all within 0.5 km. Several pizzerias and a bio-organic shop (Il Bio Dei Medici) are also nearby, offering alternatives to the more tourist-heavy centre.

Wi-Fi is available free of charge in the room. The building has a lift (with 5 steps to the apartment), and the property is entirely non-smoking. Air conditioning covers the kitchen, bedroom, and loft, with standard Italian temperature regulation. Check-in is from 14:00, check-out by 10:00. Accepted payment methods include Visa, Maestro, CartaSi, and MasterCard. Pets are not allowed. There is no onsite parking.
