A 5-minute walk reaches Lawson and 7-11 convenience stores, 2 supermarkets, and several restaurants near the station. A public onsen is about 10 minutes on foot. Haneda Airport is 19 km away; access from Narita Airport is straightforward via the Tsukuba Express or JR lines. The host can provide daily recommendations for restaurants and sightseeing tailored to your itinerary, including less-touristy spots and local food finds.

The ryokan offers single rooms (one bed) and twin rooms (two beds), both with tatami mat flooring, a flat-screen TV, air conditioning, heating, and a quiet street view. Rooms are described as spacious for Tokyo, with luggage-friendly layouts. The futon mattress uses three layers for added comfort. Shared bathrooms are cleaned daily and include slippers, strong shower water pressure, and separate toilet facilities.
