The bedroom(s) have comfortable mattresses, but the apartment suffers from high humidity, musty odours, and a lack of natural light - the main living area faces an interior patio and is very dark, requiring lights on at all times. Noise from the street and from upstairs neighbours (footsteps on hard floors) is a major drawback: windows offer no acoustic isolation even when shuttered. The shower drain is slow, causing water to spill onto the bathroom floor. For a one- or two-night stay in an unbeatable central location, the basic amenities provide a functional base, but it is not a restful or comfortable environment for longer visits.

Wi-Fi is free and accessible in all areas, though the connection can be unreliable. The apartment has air conditioning and heating, but no lift. Luggage storage is available at the host's office a few minutes away before check-in or after check-out, which helps for late-flight planning. Reception staff speak English, Spanish, and Italian, and host communication is described as responsive. No parking is provided; street parking is limited and paid. Pets are permitted on request for an extra charge.
