The holiday home sits in a calm residential neighbourhood with little foot traffic and only an occasional early-morning motorbike. Higashi-Jujo station on the Saikyo Line is a 5-minute walk away, reaching Shinjuku in roughly two stops (around 20 minutes). Jujo station is a 10-minute walk and connects to the local area as well as Nakano, Kichijoji, and Shibuya. A covered shopping street with diverse restaurants, convenience stores, and vending machines is a few minutes from the property. Halal grocery stores are within easy reach. For airport transfers, the train from Higashi-Jujo to Haneda takes about an hour; Narita requires roughly 1-1.5 hours via the Skyliner with a change at Nippori. A bus to Haneda is also available from the next station. Nearby green spaces include Nanushinotaki Park (12-minute walk) and Shimizuzaka Park (1 km).

The quiet residential neighbourhood itself offers a leisurely atmosphere away from city crowds, with an authentic local shopping area featuring small shops, vending machines, and a covered arcade. The projector in the living room can be used for movie nights.
