The apartment sits in the Triana neighbourhood, just across the bridge from the historic centre. Sevilla Cathedral and La Giralda are a 13-minute walk away, Plaza de España is 2 km, and Isla Mágica is 4 km. Public transport options include metro station Plaza de Cuba and bus routes 40 and 5, both within a few minutes' walk, and Sevici bike rental at the square. The building entrance opens directly onto a large Mercadona supermarket, making grocery shopping effortless. Several restaurants, bars, and a gym are on the same street. The location works well on foot for most sightseeing, and the airport is 12 km away by car or taxi.

The apartment includes one separate bedroom and a living room with a sofa bed, accommodating up to two beds in total. It is equipped with air conditioning, a flat-screen TV (with Netflix and YouTube), a washing machine with drying function, and a coffee machine. The kitchen has a stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, kitchenware, and an electric kettle. The bathroom features a shower. Ceiling fans provide additional comfort. While compact, the space is well-organised and clean. The quiet street view helps reduce noise from the street.

There is no on-site restaurant or breakfast service. The kitchen includes a stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, and kitchenware, making it practical for preparing meals. The large Mercadona supermarket directly below the building supplies all essentials. Within 0.5 km there are numerous dining options: sushi at Samurai, pizza at Mr Pizza Triana Los Remedios, Spanish tapas at Los Cuevas and Vega 10, beer at Cerveceria Selecta, and a shawarma at Shoarma Bar Jerusalen, among others. The reception staff can recommend local restaurants.

There is no pool or spa on site. The surrounding area offers kayaking and canoeing opportunities, and a gym is located on the same street as the apartment. The Triana neighbourhood itself provides walking and cycling paths across the bridge and along the river, and Sevici bike rental is available at Plaza de Cuba.
