For those driving, on-site parking is available for a per-entry fee. Sultan Abdul Aziz Shah Airport is 24 km from the property.

Rooms range from Junior Suites (studios) to Premium Suites with a separate bedroom. Each apartment includes a private bathroom with either a shower or a bathtub (specific rooms), a fully equipped kitchenette with a fridge, microwave, kettle, and water filter, plus a seating area with a sofa bed. Large windows provide city views, though only some rooms directly face the Petronas Towers. Rooms are fitted with roller blinds, a desk, and a flat-screen TV. Interconnecting doors and poor soundproofing mean noise from neighbouring rooms and the hallway can be a significant issue.
