The property is a beachfront aparthotel on Miami's North Beach, offering a quieter alternative to South Beach. Miami International Airport is 17 km away (about 20 minutes by car). The free trolley stops at the entrance and runs along Collins Avenue, making the length of Miami Beach easily accessible without a car. Ocean Drive is roughly 10 minutes south. Nearby landmarks include the Holocaust Memorial and Lincoln Road. While a wide range of sit-down restaurants requires a short ride, convenience stores and some neighbour hotel restaurants are within a 3-4 block walk. The area is safe and relaxing, well suited for families or travellers who prefer a less crowded beach atmosphere.

All apartments are two-bedroom suites (approx. 100 m2) on the 6th and 7th floors. Each has four beds (two double bedrooms), two bathrooms (one walk-in shower, one bath), a living room, dining area, balcony with partial ocean or city views, and a fully equipped kitchen with stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, and utensils. Additional features include a flat-screen TV (though streaming apps may not work reliably), free WiFi, a washing machine, and soundproof walls. Some suites show wear with older furniture, stained carpets, or minor maintenance issues, while others are recently renovated. Road-facing rooms may experience noise from traffic or nearby construction. For travellers prioritising space and self-catering flexibility over modern decor, the suites offer practical value.

The hotel's restaurant, Tropical Lounge, provides American cuisine for brunch and cocktail hour. Breakfast is limited to Saturdays and Sundays at an additional $18 per person. A poolside snack bar offers drinks and light bites. Each suite has a full kitchen, enabling self-catering - a major advantage given the limited weekday restaurant schedule. On the ground floor, a minimarket stocks groceries, essentials, and beach supplies. Within a short walk, convenience stores and a few nearby hotel restaurants are available. For more variety, a short drive or Uber ride to South Beach or downtown Miami provides extensive dining options.

The outdoor swimming pool is open daily from 09:00 to 18:00, with sun loungers, umbrellas (fee), a pool bar, and beach towels. The private beach area is steps from the property; two free lounge chairs per room are included (additional chairs $15 each). Chairs must be collected in the morning and returned by 17:00. The pool can become crowded, especially on weekends. Spa facilities include a fitness centre (dated equipment), massage services (additional charge), a spa lounge, and locker rooms. The overall atmosphere is quieter and more family-oriented than South Beach, suited for a relaxed beachside stay.

Free private parking for one vehicle is included (no reservation required); valet parking and additional paid parking are available. Luggage storage and lockers are provided free of charge. The 24-hour front desk offers express check-in/out, concierge, and a tour desk. Safety features include 24-hour security, CCTV, safety deposit boxes, and key card access.
