The apartment is situated in the El Palo area, approximately 800 metres from the beach (10 minutes on foot). Malaga Airport is 23 km away. The surrounding streets are narrow, steep and winding, making car access somewhat tight, especially for larger vehicles. Free public parking is available on nearby streets without a reservation, though finding a spot may take a short search in the hillier sections. Several restaurants are within 1 km, as is a Mercadona supermarket. The immediate area includes a public children's playground.

The apartment is available in two configurations: a one-bedroom unit with one double bed and a two-bedroom unit with four single beds. Both layouts include a private bathroom with a shower, air conditioning, a washing machine, a flat-screen TV, and a fully equipped kitchenette with a stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher (in the two-bedroom unit) and kitchenware. The single air-conditioning unit is located in the dining room, so cooling may not reach the bedrooms effectively. The property is older and basic in style, with some furnishings and mattresses showing wear. Noise from neighbours and the adjacent playground can be noticeable; the area may also experience occasional odour from drainage.
