The studios are clean, comfortable and practical for stays of several days. Each unit comes with a kitchenette equipped with cookware, utensils, a mini-fridge and a dining table, allowing self-catering. Beds are queen-size and comfortable, and air conditioning is free. The rooms have good ventilation and some overlook the garden or street. Studio 5 is noted as particularly spacious. The property is surrounded by plants and trees, creating a green and quiet atmosphere that contrasts with the busy street just outside.

Breakfast is included in the reservation. For other meals, the immediate neighbourhood is packed with dining options.
