A supermarket and several bakeries are within a 2-minute walk, making self-catering easy.

Units are described as comfortable and well-appointed for short stays, with parquet floors, a seating area, wardrobe, and a dining table. Kitchens include a stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and tea/coffee maker. The main bed is widely reported as comfortable. However, some studios are very small, with limited wardrobe space and a sofa bed that requires daily setup and takedown. Noise can be a concern: some apartments face a busy street and a fried-chicken restaurant below, producing cooking odours and noise that may prevent window opening. Courtyard-facing rooms are quieter. Building works on an adjacent property have also been reported as disruptive.
