The property sits on Via Banchi di Sopra, in the core of the medieval city. Piazza del Campo is 50 metres away, and the Duomo and San Francesco Basilica are a short walk. The Fortezza Medicea is a 10-minute stroll. Numerous cafés, pastry shops, and restaurants are within 300 metres. The location is exclusively pedestrian-friendly - vehicle access is restricted by ZTL gates. For day trips, the stadium parking area is about 5 minutes on foot. The property is on the 4th floor and is accessible by lift.

Each room is en-suite with a shower, bidet, hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries. Room features include a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, soundproof walls, a wardrobe, an electric kettle, and parquet flooring. Some rooms provide city views. Room sizes and natural light vary; a few units have relatively small windows, so if brightness is important, request a room with larger windows.
