SIRA HOUSE MILANO, Milan

The property is 600 metres from Dergano Metro, providing direct line M3 access to Milan's central station and city centre in about 15-20 minutes. It is 1 km from Bovisa Train Station and 2 km from Niguarda Hospital. The area is a mix of residential and light industrial, with a car body shop in the same yard. Several restaurants, cafes and a supermarket are within 500 metres. Milan Linate Airport is 13 km away, and Malpensa Airport about 45-50 minutes by car or shuttle.

Each room has a wardrobe, an electric kettle, and a tiled floor with heating. Some rooms have a balcony. Bed types include double, twin and triple configurations. The rooms are basic in style and some furnishings show age, but cleanliness is generally maintained. The triple room adds a sofa. The twin room includes a balcony. The property suits travellers looking for a functional base for up to a couple of nights.

An honour system coffee machine, tea bags and packaged biscuits are available in the hallway for all guests at no extra charge. There is no restaurant or breakfast service on site, but several casual eateries, a gelateria and a bakery are within a 5-minute walk. The self-serve option is a useful supplement for a quick start to the day, and the surrounding area provides alternatives for fuller meals.

No spa, swimming pool or gym is available at the property. The nearest leisure options are in the surrounding Niguarda neighbourhood, which has parks and sports facilities within a 10-minute walk. For relaxation, guests can use the self-service tea and coffee area.
