SLEEPOO - FABULOUS 8, Paris

The apartment is on a calm pedestrian street in a central Parisian neighbourhood. Gare Saint-Lazare station is a 6-minute walk away, providing metro and train connections across the city and to airports. Opéra Garnier is 1 km away, and attractions such as Musée de l'Orangerie and Sacré-Coeur are easily reachable. A metro stop, several bus lines, bakeries, and restaurants are within a few minutes' walk, making car-free exploration straightforward. Paris Orly Airport is 18 km away; the nearest RER station can be reached from Gare Saint-Lazare.

The unit is a two-bedroom apartment with two bathrooms (one with bath and shower, both with private entrance). The living room includes a sofa bed and a work desk. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, oven, stovetop, washing machine, and tea and coffee maker. Several aspects affect comfort: the lower-level bedroom has limited natural light and ventilation, and an exhaust fan in that room activates automatically in the morning. The skylights in the upper bedroom do not have blackout curtains, so morning light enters early. The property has a recurring humidity issue, with visible signs of moisture and occasional odours. The sofa bed and some linens have been noted as showing wear. The apartment is on the ground floor, which brings noise from the building's entrance door. For groups needing privacy, note that one bathroom is located inside a bedroom without a separate entrance.

The apartment includes a terrace with garden furniture and an outdoor dining area, suitable for alfresco meals or relaxing. An ice-skating rink is located in the surroundings. Other leisure amenities such as a pool, spa, or gym are not present at the property.
