Bologna Central Station is about 20 minutes away on foot, providing easy rail connections. The surrounding streets are lively, with many dining options such as Adesso Pasta Car Ristorante, Il Giardino di Greta, and Gran Bar all within 300 metres. For those arriving by car, no on-site parking is available, but Garage Maggiore is a 5-minute walk and Garage VIII Agosto is a 15-minute walk; arriving before 7 PM is recommended. The area is very safe, and being so close to the main square makes it convenient to pop back to the room for a rest during the day.

Bed configurations are flexible - double beds can be converted into two singles, and extra beds are available in some rooms. Most rooms feature a flat-screen TV, a safe, and a private bathroom with a bidet, hairdryer, and in many cases a large rain shower. Rooms are generally quiet despite the central location, and many are reported as being very silent and well-insulated from street noise. Some rooms have internal steps (3 steps between the bathroom and sleeping area) which can be a tripping hazard, especially for children or those with limited mobility. Bedding and towels are provided, and the rooms are cleaned upon request. Some units have views of the courtyard or of Piazza Maggiore itself. Note that the shared kitchen and living area are accessible to all guests.

The bar staff are friendly and the arrangement is convenient for starting the day. For additional meal options, the shared kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, and cookware, allowing guests to prepare their own food. The surrounding area is packed with restaurants and cafes - within a 300-metre radius you'll find Adesso Pasta Car Ristorante, Il Giardino di Greta, Pan8, and Salumeria Simoni, among others. For a sweet treat, GROM gelato is just around the corner.

The property does not have a pool, spa, gym, or sauna. However, the prime central location means that all of Bologna's cultural sites, shops, and entertainment are immediately accessible on foot.
