RESIDHOME NICE PROMENADE, Nice

The hotel is situated on Boulevard François Grosso, a 3-minute walk from the famous Promenade des Anglais and the public beaches. The area is safe and well-served with supermarkets (Lidl, Carrefour), bakeries, cafés, and restaurants within a 5-minute walk. Place Masséna and the old town are about 20 minutes on foot. The Line 2 tram stop, providing direct service to the airport (30 minutes) and city landmarks, is 3 minutes away. Nice-Ville train station is 2 km away (20 minutes walk or short tram/bus ride). For airport transfers, tram Line 2 is efficient; a hotel-arranged shuttle (35-50€ depending on time and number of people) is also available. The quiet garden-facing rooms are preferable for light sleepers, as the main boulevard can be noisy.

Accommodations consist of studios (sleeping up to 2) and one-bedroom apartments (sleeping up to 4). Each unit has a living area with a flat-screen satellite TV, a work desk, and a kitchenette with hotplates, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and cooking utensils. A filter coffee machine is available on request. All rooms have a private balcony with table and chairs. Bathrooms have a walk-in shower, hairdryer, and free toiletries; some bathrooms are compact with limited lighting. The double bed is often two single mattresses pushed together; twin configurations can be requested but not guaranteed. Road-facing rooms can experience traffic noise, while garden-view rooms are significantly quieter. The property was renovated in 2017 but some furnishings show wear. There is no room service or daily housekeeping for short stays. A lift serves all floors.

The breakfast buffet includes bread, pastries, hot drinks, and cold options, and can be taken in the breakfast room or on the terrace when weather permits. The selection is continental and basic. For those preferring to skip breakfast, every apartment has a fully equipped kitchenette, and several bakeries (e.g., Boulangerie Gosset) and supermarkets (Lidl, Carrefour) are within a 5-minute walk. There is no on-site restaurant, bar, or room service. Guests planning full meals should self-cater or dine at the many nearby restaurants along the Promenade and in the city centre.

The main leisure facility is the 8th-floor panoramic solarium, furnished with sun loungers and offering open views across Nice and the Mediterranean. There is no swimming pool, spa, or fitness centre. The hotel also has a small garden and several terrace areas with outdoor furniture. The beach (public) is a 3-minute walk, and beach towel rental is available at the hotel for a fee. For guests seeking more active leisure, the Promenade des Anglais is ideal for walking, jogging, or cycling, and the old town and its cultural attractions are within a 20-minute walk.
