The property is positioned 1 km from the Disneyland main entrance, an easy walk of 10-15 minutes. The Anaheim Convention Center is about 5 minutes away by car. Several dining options - including Johnny Rockets, P.F. Chang's, and California Pizza Kitchen - are within a 5- to 10-minute walk. The ART city shuttle stops at the hotel, providing a paid alternative to walking. John Wayne Airport (SNA) is 19 km southwest (roughly 15 minutes by car); Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) is 55 km northwest. The Anaheim Amtrak station is 4 km east, and the Greyhound stop is 2 km north.

Studio Suites (42 m²) sleep up to 4 and feature one king bed. One-Bedroom Suites (47 m²) sleep up to 6 with two queen beds and a sofa sleeper. Bi-Level Loft Suites (65 m²) place a king bed in the upstairs loft and two queen beds downstairs, with two bathrooms - ideal for families. Two-Bedroom Suites (74 m²) provide two queen beds in one bedroom and one queen in the other, plus two bathrooms, a separate living room with a privacy wall, and a fireplace. All suites include air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cookware), a dining area, flat-screen HDTV, work desk, and ironing board. Upper-floor suites are stair-access only. Rooms have been renovated. Some one-bedroom suites on the second floor offer a small balcony. All suites are non-smoking; designated outdoor smoking areas are available.

Breakfast is not available at the time of writing. The hotel has no in-house restaurant. A small convenience store, The Mart, is located in the lobby for snacks, drinks, and basic items. Many restaurants are within walking distance, including Johnny Rockets, P.F. Chang's, and California Pizza Kitchen.

The outdoor heated swimming pool is open daily with pool towels provided. Adjacent hot tub is available. The sport court accommodates tennis, basketball, and volleyball (equipment available from front desk). Children have a dedicated outdoor playground and an indoor play/kids' room with a coloring table and library. BBQ grills and a picnic area with outdoor furniture are on the grounds for guest use. No gym or spa is available.

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout all areas. Free private parking is offered on site (no reservation needed): one pass for Studio/One-Bedroom suites, two passes for Bi-Level Loft/Two-Bedroom suites. Extra vehicles cost $15-$18 per night. The 24-hour front desk provides concierge and tour desk services. Luggage storage is available before check-in and after check-out. Laundry facilities (credit card operated) are accessible 24/7; dry cleaning is available Monday-Friday. Pets are allowed for a flat fee of $250 for up to two pets (pet bowls and potty bag stations available).
