JR Shinkoiwa Station is a two-minute walk from the north exit; the direct JR Narita Line rapid train (hourly) reaches Narita Airport without transfers. Tokyo Disney Resort is a 35-minute train ride away. The area offers a wide variety of restaurants and shops within 300 metres, including a 24-hour family restaurant and several ramen spots. Local convenience stores and a shopping centre are also within walking distance.

Rooms are basic but clean and practical, with a combined toilet and bath, air conditioning, heating, a wardrobe, and a sofa. Each room offers a flat-screen TV, an electric kettle with green tea bags, a fridge, and nightwear. Windows have sliding shutters to block out light. No balconies are available. Rooms are compact - a small double bed suits one adult plus one preschooler, but is too narrow for four people. Towels for children are not provided.
