There is no air conditioning - electric fans and opening windows are provided. The building has no lift; apartments are spread across the 1st to 4th floors (A, B, C on the 1st; D, E on the 2nd; F, G on the 3rd; H, I on the 4th). Street-facing rooms can be noisy, especially on lower floors and at weekends. Rooms at the rear or on higher floors offer more quiet.

Leisure

No wellness facilities on site, but Soho's entertainment and leisure options are right outside.
St Anne's Court does not have a pool, spa, or gym. The surrounding Soho area offers a wide range of leisure activities, including theatres, cinemas, bars, and nightlife.
