STUDETTE PARIS 4, Paris

The apartment is located in the city centre, with the Louvre Museum less than 1 km away and Notre Dame Cathedral reachable in a 10-minute walk. The Pompidou Centre is 400 metres away, and Sainte-Chapelle is a 7-minute stroll. Luxembourg Gardens (2 km), Tuileries Garden (2 km), and Opéra Bastille (2 km) are also within reach. Orly Airport is 19 km from the property. The immediate area offers many dining options, including HD Diner Chatelet, Meating Corner, and Sushi WA, all within a 0.5 km radius. This compact walkable neighbourhood is ideal for sightseeing on foot, but guests should note the practical limitations of accessing the apartment itself.

This apartment provides a private entrance, one separate bedroom area, and a bathroom with a shower. The kitchenette includes a refrigerator and a microwave for basic self-catering. There is a work desk and the unit has heating (though not consistently functioning). The sleeping area uses a sofa bed, not a proper fixed bed, and the comfort is low. The space is very small and cluttered with the owner's personal belongings; there is limited room for luggage and no proper storage. Cleanliness is a significant concern - sheets, towels, and the overall unit are frequently found dirty, with reports of cockroaches, damp smells, and leftover food. The bathroom is tiny and the shower hose is old and leaking. The toilet flush may not work. This accommodation suits only the most budget-conscious and flexible travellers who are aware of the condition.

Internet access is not available, so plan to use mobile data. There is no on-site parking. The apartment is located on a high floor (5th or 6th) with no elevator, requiring stair climbing. Pets are not allowed and the property is non-smoking. Check-in is at 16:00, check-out at 12:00. The host may not be responsive at check-in and may provide the door code only after the agreed time. The unit is not cleaned between reservations - guests find the owner's belongings, half-used food in the fridge, and used linens. There is no luggage storage. The TV has a CD player but no internet-based streaming options.
