STUDIO 6, Paris

The studio is in a classic Parisian building on a quiet street in the city centre, yet all major attractions are within walking distance - the Louvre is under 1 km, Tuileries Garden and Musée de l'Orangerie are nearby, and the Rodin Museum is a pleasant walk. The metro station Tuileries (line 1) is a few minutes away, providing easy access across Paris. Orly Airport is 17 km by car. The area is filled with restaurants and cafés - Au Bistro, Le Pain Quotidien, and several others are within 0.5 km. For car users: no parking is available on-site, but public garages operate in the neighbourhood.

This 6th-floor studio maximises space efficiently: it includes a double bed, a small kitchenette with a stovetop, refrigerator, electric kettle, and tea/coffee maker, plus air conditioning and a radiator for heating. The shower is inside the room, while the WC is on the shared landing - exclusively used by two apartments on the same floor. The space is cosy and authentically Parisian, with parquet flooring and a window offering roof-top views - great for enjoying a glass of wine at sunset. The host provides a welcome drink (sparkling wine and sparkling water). WiFi is excellent, with speeds exceeding 400 Mbps on WiFi 5 devices. Bed sheets are fresh and the furniture is well-kept.

The studio's kitchenette comes with a stovetop, refrigerator, kitchenware, and a tea/coffee maker - ideal for preparing simple meals. There is a coffee shop on site, welcome drinks (free wine/champagne and bottled water) are provided, and a grocery delivery service can be arranged for an additional charge. For eating out, more than eight restaurants and cafés are within a 0.5 km walk, including a bistro and a bakery chain.

The property offers free walking tours, ideal for exploring the immediate area. A personal trainer can be booked, and activities such as bike tours, billiards, darts, happy hour, squash, and table tennis are all available for an additional charge. Some sports (aerobic, bingo, bowling, cooking class, live music, tennis) are off-site and also require a surcharge. These features allow guests to add entertainment beyond the location itself, but the core strength remains the central, walkable neighbourhood.

WiFi is free throughout the property and delivers very high speeds. A 24-hour front desk with an ATM/cash machine is available, and the host can store luggage before check-in or after check-out - a real advantage for exploring the city unencumbered. Pets are allowed at no extra charge. The building has a lift (elevator) to the 6th floor. Grocery deliveries can be ordered for an additional fee. Smoke-free environment throughout. Parking is not available, so plan for public transport or nearby garages. The host lives in the building and is frequently described as proactive and attentive, including helping with taxi arrangements.
