For those driving, there is no parking on site and street parking is limited. The walkability is high for stadium visitors and public-transport users, but the area can be noisy from traffic and sirens on Holloway Road.

Available room types include twin, triple, and quadruple configurations. The quadruple room is the only one with a private kitchen - equipped with a stovetop, refrigerator, oven, and washing machine - plus a dining area. All other rooms have a shared bathroom (toilets and showers shared among multiple rooms), free toiletries, a flat-screen TV with streaming services, heating, and a private entrance. Parquet floors and a work desk are standard. Some rooms are in the basement with very small, high windows that do not open fully, while upper-floor rooms have more natural light. Noise between rooms and from the street is a confirmed characteristic: walls are thin and the front door slams loudly. Rooms are generally small and basic; the quadruple room is more spacious but still compact. A fan is provided in warmer months; air conditioning is not available.
