SUITE APARTMENT SAN MARCO 1825, Venice

The San Marco district placement puts you within easy walking distance of Basilica San Marco, Doge's Palace, and Rialto Bridge. The immediate neighbourhood is quiet at night, and several restaurants and takeaway pasta spots are within a 5-minute walk, including Osteria Enoteca San Marco and Dal Moro's Fresh Pasta to Go. Venice Marco Polo Airport is 18 km away. The ALILAGUNA water bus service has a San Marco stop (Linea Blu) that connects directly from the airport, providing a reliable alternative to the paid shuttle. For those arriving by car, private parking is available nearby but must be booked in advance.

The accommodation includes one main bedroom and a separate living room with a sofa bed, plus a kitchenette with stovetop, refrigerator, oven, and kettle. The private bathroom features a walk-in shower, free toiletries, and bathrobes. Air conditioning, heating, soundproof walls, carpeted floors, and a work desk are provided. The apartment is equipped for three beds. Some guests noted that the flooring in the main room has uneven sections with a linoleum surface that can be a trip hazard; the property has placed mats over these areas. The interior is dated in style, but the size is generous compared to many central Venice options. A secure door code system controls building access.

The kitchenette includes a stovetop, oven, refrigerator, kettle, and cookware, allowing you to prepare meals. Daily grocery deliveries can be arranged at an additional cost. For dining out, nearby options include Trattoria Al Diporto (Italian cuisine), Osteria Enoteca San Marco, and many other restaurants serving Italian food, all within 0.3 to 0.5 km. The kitchen area has basic equipment; guests who plan to cook more elaborate meals may find the utensil range adequate for simple dishes. An electric coffee maker is provided; you may need to bring your own coffee pads.

Golf is available within 3 km at an additional charge. Water sport facilities are on site at an extra cost. Temporary art galleries are located off-site, providing cultural activity options. The apartment itself has no on-site wellness amenities, but the central location puts you near walking tours and boat excursions available in the surrounding area.
