Hotel Details

Location

Located in the city centre, a 13-minute walk from Playa del Carmen Beach and close to Fifth Avenue, the ADO bus station (2 km), supermarkets, and local eateries.
The property sits in a quiet, family-oriented residential neighbourhood that feels calm and typical, yet it is only 15 minutes on foot to the bustling Fifth Avenue and the beach. This combination suits travellers wanting a peaceful base with quick access to Playa del Carmen's main attractions. The ADO International Bus Station is 2 km away, making bus travel easy, and Cozumel International Airport is 34 km from the property. A large Soriana supermarket is just one block away, and numerous restaurants (Langosteria Maya, Pasta e Polpetta, Homey Yummy, and others) are all within a 0.3-km radius. Free on-site parking is available, which is especially useful as the surrounding streets have parking meters. The walkable area includes public transport stops and local shops, so a car is not necessary for getting around the centre.

Critical Operational Notes

  • Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out by 11:00; there is no 24-hour reception, so an access code is provided via app or chat.
  • Pets are not allowed anywhere on the property.
  • Luggage storage is available but for an additional charge - plan accordingly if arriving early or departing late.
  • Housekeeping does not routinely replace towels or linens during stays shorter than several days; request changes if needed.
  • Internet access is free in all areas, but the signal strength can be very weak (one bar) in some rooms, making connectivity unreliable for work or streaming.
  • The property offers free on-site public parking (no reservation required), but alternative street parking may involve paid meters.
  • Rooms may have issues with older appliances, dust, or maintenance; inspect upon arrival and raise issues immediately via the app.

Top Strategic Tips

  • 01

Choose a room and confirm the exact apartment type before arrival, as the assigned unit may differ from the booking and cause inconvenience.

  • 02

Plan for a grocery run upon arrival - the kitchenette is equipped with basic cookware and utensils, and a large Soriana supermarket is just a block away.

  • 03

Expect no on-site staff; check-in and communication are handled via app or WhatsApp, and ensure your device has data to access check-in codes.

  • 04

If working or streaming is essential, confirm the Wi-Fi signal strength in your specific room before committing to a long stay, as connectivity can be poor.
