SUN-HOUSE PENSION - PARKINGFREE LIMITED SPACES-, Prague

The pension is situated in a quiet residential area, approximately 20 km from Václav Havel Airport and 6 km from O2 Arena. Public transport is accessible: a bus stop is a 3-minute walk away, providing a 25-minute connection to the city centre. The Letňany exhibition grounds and concert venues are within a 10-15 minute walk, making the location particularly suitable for fair visitors and event-goers. Nearby grocery stores (Albert, Penny) and a recommended Italian restaurant (Il Giardino) are within a 10-minute walk. A busy main road runs past the property, so rooms facing the road may experience traffic noise.

Rooms include a flat-screen TV with satellite channels (limited to Czech channels only), a seating area, electric kettle, and heating. Twin/double rooms feature garden views; family rooms offer a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle) and a private bathroom with bath and shower. Free toiletries and a hairdryer are provided. The property has no lift. While some rooms are modern and comfortably furnished, others are more basic with dated furniture. Room sizes range from practical to compact-deluxe doubles may feel small. Some rooms have sagging mattresses and softened bed frames. A fan is available on request. Rooms above the restaurant may carry cooking smells.

The Sun-House restaurant on the ground floor offers lunch and dinner, with positive feedback for its food quality and low prices. Breakfast is a simple continental buffet (bread, pastries, coffee, eggs) but is only served when there are enough guests; otherwise it is not offered. It costs approximately 200 CZK per person. If breakfast is unavailable, the nearby Albert and Penny supermarkets (10 minutes walk) provide provisions. Guests wanting a fuller morning meal should confirm availability and plan accordingly.

The pension has a garden where guests can relax outdoors. No additional wellness facilities (pool, spa, sauna, gym) are available on site.
