SURESTAY STUDIO BY BEST WESTERN CHARLOTTE EXECUTIVE PARK, Charlotte

The hotel is situated near Interstate 77 for quick connections to Uptown Charlotte and the airport. It is within walking distance of several chain restaurants including Chili's Grill & Bar, and a short drive from SouthPark Mall, a major shopping and dining district. The immediate area has a convenience store and gas station nearby. Public transport is limited; having a car is the most practical way to explore the city. The neighbourhood's walkability is low, and some areas close to the hotel feel less suitable for walking, especially at night.

Rooms include a kitchen with a stove, toaster, microwave, and full-size refrigerator. Studio suites offer a combined living-sleeping area, while larger suites have separate bedrooms and bathrooms. Some units have a loft with additional sleeping space. Rooms with a fireplace are available, though functionality may vary. Many rooms feature a balcony or patio. The property shows signs of age: furnishings, decor, and appliances can be dated, and some units have worn carpets, scratched furniture, or chipped paint. Road-facing rooms may experience noise from traffic and other guests. Requesting a quieter, upper-floor room away from the main road is recommended for light sleepers. The rooms are generally spacious and practical for those who need kitchen facilities, but are less suited to travellers seeking modern finishings.

Breakfast consists of a pre-packaged bag with items such as a muffin, granola bar, yogurt, and a bottle of water. This service is intended as a basic start to the day. There is no hot breakfast buffet. For guests wanting a full hot meal, several chain restaurants including Chili's Grill & Bar are within a 0.5 km walk, and a Starbucks and Panera are also nearby. The hotel does not have a full-service restaurant or bar on site, so guests should plan meals accordingly, especially for dinner.
