The station provides easy access to Ueno, Shibuya, Shinjuku, and Tokyo Station. The area is a quiet residential neighbourhood, and several convenience stores and small restaurants are within a 5-minute walk. The TABATA Memorial Museum is less than 1 km away, while Shinkomutsumi Shopping Street is an 18-minute stroll. Haneda Airport is 25 km from the hotel; there is no airport shuttle, so using the train via the Yamanote Line is the most efficient method. The walk to the station can feel long if you are not used to it, and there is no lobby to wait in if you arrive before check-in.

The hotel offers double, twin, triple, and single rooms, as well as a tatami room with a futon. The tatami mattress is very firm and may not suit those who prefer a softer bed. Standard double and twin rooms have carpeted floors and comfortable beds, though some may feel small and have limited surface space for belongings. Some rooms also have a low slanted ceiling, which reduces usable floor area. All rooms come with free toiletries, bathrobes, slippers, and a hairdryer, and face a quiet street. Noise from adjacent rooms can sometimes be a factor.
