TELESIO SUITE, Rome

Set in a safe, quiet residential area, the location is ideal for exploring Rome on foot or by metro. Ottaviano Metro (less than 1 km) and Cipro Metro are within easy reach, connecting you to the historic centre. St. Peter's Basilica is 2 km away, the Vatican is a 19-minute walk, and Fiumicino Airport is 27 km away. Surrounded by numerous cafés, restaurants, bars, and supermarkets (including a 24-hour Carrefour 10 minutes away), everything you need is close by. A paid parking garage is nearby if you arrive by car.

The apartment offers three bedrooms (one converted living room with a sofa), a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining area. The single bathroom includes two sinks to help groups get ready faster. All bedrooms have air conditioning, comfortable beds, and flat-screen TVs; some rooms are very large. The shared bathroom is the only option, so planning morning routines is essential for big groups. A private balcony with city views and outdoor furniture provides extra space. Soundproofed rooms and a lift add comfort and convenience. The apartment is clean, well-decorated, and equipped with everything needed - including an iron, hairdryer, free toiletries, and basic welcome items.

There is no restaurant on-site, so guests use the kitchen to prepare meals. It comes with cookware, utensils, kettle, coffee machine, and a dining table. The surrounding streets offer a wide variety of dining options including pizza, gelato, bakeries, and cocktail bars - all within a 3-5 minute walk. A large supermarket is a 10-minute walk away. The host can recommend local eateries. The kitchen is practical for families or groups wanting flexible meal times.

The apartment does not have a swimming pool or spa. However, the immediate area offers bike tours, walking tours, happy hour and pub crawl events (available at an additional charge), as well as an ice-skating rink nearby. The residential neighbourhood also has a relaxed atmosphere, good for evening strolls. All major Vatican and Rome sights are within walking distance or a short metro ride.

High-speed WiFi (273 Mbps) is free throughout. The property offers express check-in/out, private check-in/out, and concierge services. A paid airport shuttle can be arranged with the host. Luggage storage is available after checkout for a couple of hours if no new check-ins are scheduled, or a baggage deposit is 5 minutes away. The lift, family rooms, and soundproofing make the property suitable for all ages. A paid guarded parking garage is nearby (€25/day, reservation needed). Babysitting/child services can be arranged for an additional charge. No pets are allowed and smoking is prohibited. Accepted payment: Visa.
