Camden Passage (known for antiques) and Angel Central shopping centre are also nearby. Upper Street is a short stroll away, offering further dining and nightlife. The area feels safe and well-connected.

All studios feature a private bathroom with a walk-in shower and hairdryer, and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen with integrated combo oven, hob, dishwasher, and fridge. Each room includes a flat-screen TV with cable channels and Sky sports/movies, free high-speed WiFi, soundproof walls, heating, a washing machine/dryer, ironing facilities, and tea/coffee making facilities with a De'Longhi coffee machine. Some rooms have a quiet street view or overlook Chapel Market, while still being quiet due to soundproofing. Upper-floor rooms are noted to be particularly peaceful. A cot can be provided on request. The studios are described as spacious, clean, and comfortable, with plenty of storage.

The pub on the ground floor of the building offers a bar/lounge area. It serves a selection of craft beers on draught, cocktails, and a varied drinks menu. There is no restaurant on site for sit-down meals beyond the pub menu.
