Rooms are described as large to spacious, with comfortable king beds, adjustable dimmable lamps, and some featuring electric fireplaces or ceiling fans. All rooms include a private bathroom with shower, hairdryer, and free toiletries. The Superior King room has a steam shower. There are no televisions in the rooms by design, encouraging an unplugged stay. Some rooms have a balcony; those at the back of the building are noted as very quiet. Upper-floor rooms (third or fourth floor) require climbing steep, narrow stairs with no elevator - something to consider if you have mobility issues or heavy luggage. The building has many stairs, but rooms are well soundproofed and dark blackout curtains help sleep quality.

The property does not operate a restaurant, bar or breakfast service. A shared kitchen is available on the third floor with a coffee maker, refrigerator, microwave and ice maker. A juice bar operates directly below the inn. The closest full-service dining is a short walk away, making it easy to eat out for every meal.

Advance reservations are required and can be made by phone or web. Discounts are offered for spa services to guests.
