THE KNARESBOROUGH BY NESTOR, London

The property sits in a peaceful Kensington neighbourhood with elegant period architecture and tree-lined streets. Earl's Court Underground Station (Piccadilly and District lines) is a 4-5 minute walk, providing a direct connection to Heathrow Airport and central London. The Natural History Museum, Victoria and Albert Museum, and Hyde Park are all within a 15-20 minute walk. Numerous restaurants, cafés, grocery stores (Sainsbury's, M&S Food, Boots), and pubs are within a few blocks. Bus route 74 stops nearby for direct access to central London. Harrods is 2 km away, and London City Airport is 19 km by road. The area is well-suited for car-free exploration, with all key attractions accessible on foot or via tube.

Room types include studios and one-bedroom apartments. Studios combine the sleeping and living area, while the one-bedroom apartments offer a separate bedroom and living room. All units are air-conditioned and include a fully equipped kitchenette with a stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, and cookware. Private bathrooms feature a walk-in shower; some have heated floors. Higher-floor rooms benefit from more natural light, city views, and a terrace with seating, while basement units are darker and more compact. Some rooms have a washing machine (Deluxe King Studio). Beds vary from double to king size; the quality of mattresses and pillows has been inconsistent. Rooms away from the street are quieter. Wardrobes, desks, and irons are provided.

The property offers an à la carte breakfast for a surcharge of £15, featuring full English/Irish, vegetarian, and vegan options served in the on-site restaurant. Because the accommodation includes a well-fitted kitchenette with a stovetop, fridge, microwave, and basic cookware, many guests choose to prepare their own breakfast, saving time and money. A fridge-stocking and breakfast delivery service can also be booked directly for an additional charge. For those who prefer to eat out, the surrounding area is filled with cafés, restaurants, and a Paul's Boulangerie Patisserie opposite the station.
