The hotel sits on Via Tuscolana, a well-known shopping artery that also connects directly to Ciampino Airport (30-35 minutes by car) and the GRA orbital road. Porta Furba Metro Station (Line A) is just a 2-minute walk, providing direct access to Rome's historic centre and major landmarks. The neighbourhood feels safe and offers numerous restaurants, cafés, and a 24-hour supermarket within a short walk. For drivers, private on-site parking is available for €15 per day but must be reserved. The metro is the most practical way to reach central attractions, with typical journey times of around 20 minutes.

All rooms include air conditioning (though functionality has been inconsistent), free Wi-Fi (not always reliable in all rooms), an LCD TV, a private bathroom with a shower, bidet and hairdryer, and wood or parquet floors. Some rooms offer a balcony. Suites are larger and include a spa bath with chromotherapy. While some rooms are described as spacious and recently renovated, others are noted as compact and basic. The property includes a lift, but some rooms may be in a separate building requiring stairs. Daily housekeeping is provided free of charge.

The hotel does not operate a restaurant or serve breakfast. However, the surrounding Via Tuscolana area offers a wide variety of dining options within a 5-minute walk, including sushi, pizza, bistecca, bistrots and dim sum. A 24-hour supermarket is also nearby for self-catering needs. Vending machines for drinks and snacks are not currently available, despite being listed.

The hotel's seasonal outdoor swimming pool is open from 10:00 to 20:00, typically until late September. Access costs €8 per person per day and is not included in the room rate. The pool is closed in November and during winter. A garden with outdoor furniture and a terrace is also available. No spa or wellness centre is present.

The hotel offers 24-hour reception and concierge service, free luggage storage for early arrivals or late departures, and daily housekeeping free of charge. Free Wi-Fi is available in some rooms and in common areas. Business facilities include a business centre and meeting/banquet rooms (both at an additional charge), plus fax/photocopying. A lift serves the building, and the property is fully non-smoking. On-site private parking (€15/day, reservation needed) is available. No airport shuttle is provided, but a private cab can be arranged at the guest's expense.
