THE VIEW, Siena

The apartment has two separate bedrooms, two full bathrooms (one en suite), a living room with a sofa bed, and a fully equipped kitchen-dining area. The unit sleeps up to 6 people across three beds (one double and two singles) plus the sofa bed. Floor-to-ceiling parquet floors, a dressing area, and large operable windows create an airy feel. The master bedroom and its en-suite bathroom open to a magnificent view of the Duomo. Temperature control is effective, and the property was completely renovated in high-quality materials. In terms of comfort: mattresses tend to be firm, and linens are soft. Because there is no air conditioning, sunlight can warm the space; fans are provided. Light sleepers will appreciate the quiet location, as the apartment faces away from main roads.

The kitchen is complete with a stovetop, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, and all cookware and utensils - ideal for preparing meals. A tea and coffee maker is also provided. For dining out, the surrounding streets offer several well-regarded options: Osteria Del Gatto and Ristorante Quattro Cantoni are just 300 metres away, while Osteria Boccon del Prete and Osteria Da Cice are about 500 metres on foot. A supermarket is nearby for groceries. There is no on-site restaurant or bar.

There is no pool, spa, gym, or garden on the premises. The living space and large windows are the primary leisure features, offering views and natural light. The quiet neighbourhood and proximity to Siena's historic attractions mean the apartment works well as a base for sightseeing.

Wi-Fi is free and available throughout the apartment with good speed. Private parking is offered at a nearby location (€25 per day, off-site, reservation not needed but availability cannot be guaranteed). A short drop-off zone at the building entrance allows luggage unloading. Check-in uses a key lockbox code provided in advance, so no face-to-face meeting is needed. The host communicates by messaging and responds quickly. The apartment is non-smoking and has fire extinguishers. There is a washing machine and hanging facilities for laundry. No lift is available.
