Room options include two-bedroom suites, deluxe studios, family rooms, and one- to three-bedroom suites. All units are private and not shared. Each room comes with air conditioning, a flat-screen TV (smart TV in some units), an electric kettle, and free toiletries. Private bathrooms have hot and cold shower facilities; some include a bathtub. Kitchens in applicable suites are equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, and dining area. Selected rooms offer views of the city, pool, or garden. No rooms have a balcony. The property's age and maintenance levels mean that room conditions can vary: some units have older furniture, carpets, and fixtures, while the high-floor views (e.g., 42nd floor) are consistently praised. Guests reliant on a good night's sleep should confirm the bed condition and room cleanliness upon arrival, as some units have hard or sunken mattresses. Pre-arrival communication via WhatsApp with the property is recommended to set expectations.
