TOQUERO SUITES, Malaga

Toquero Suites is located 10 km from Málaga Airport and within a short walk of the Picasso Museum (2 km), the Alcazaba (2 km) and the start of the Gibralfaro climb. The immediate area is well served with supermarkets including a Lidl, bakeries, cafés and several local bars and restaurants within 0.3-0.5 km. The closest bus stop is a 5-minute walk and can reach the old town in roughly 5 minutes. While the centre is a pleasant 20-30 minute stroll, the neighbourhood itself is calm and safe, making it a suitable base for exploring both the city and coastal areas (the beach is about a 30-minute walk away).

Each apartment is designed as a self-contained unit with one or two separate bedrooms, a living room, a private bathroom with shower and hairdryer, and a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, microwave, toaster, cookware, electric kettle). Flooring is tiled throughout, and all units feature soundproof walls, blackout shutters for light sleep, and a flat-screen TV. A number of apartments include a private terrace or balcony with mountain or city views, ideal for evening relaxation. The apartments are described as spacious and very clean, with comfortable beds and a modern, tasteful decor. Those seeking a separate bedroom should confirm the specific layout as some units are studio-style with all spaces combined. A coffee machine is included in some apartments.

Toquero Suites does not operate an on-site restaurant or breakfast service, but each apartment is equipped with a kitchen (refrigerator, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, cookware) for preparing meals. The surrounding area includes a Lidl supermarket, bakeries, veggie stores and numerous local dining options within 0.3-0.5 km, such as Burger Mafalda, Domino's Pizza, Qbo, Cafeteria Bar El Vecino, Nerva Cafe Restaurante, and Aliole Taperia. The historic centre with hundreds of additional restaurants is a 20-minute walk or a short bus ride away.

The property does not feature a pool, spa, gym or other leisure facilities. Relaxation comes from the private terrace or balcony available in some apartments, which offers mountain or city views and is well suited for evening drinks. The quiet residential neighbourhood provides a calm atmosphere, and the nearby areas around Gibralfaro and Alcazaba provide walking routes.
