TOUR EIFFEL - MOTTE PICQUET, Paris

Located on Rue de la Motte-Picquet in a quiet, central neighbourhood, this property is about 5 minutes on foot from the Eiffel Tower and within walking distance of the Rodin Museum (2 km), the Louvre Museum, and the Arc de Triomphe. Metro and bus stations are immediately nearby, making city trips easy. Orly Airport is 16 km away. Paid street parking is available but limited, so using public transport or the metro is the most practical option for reaching major attractions. The area is well served by restaurants and cafés such as Le Suffren and Café Primerose, all within a 5-minute walk.

The apartment includes two bedrooms plus a living room with a sofa bed, offering flexible sleeping for families or small groups. The living area has a seating area with a flat-screen TV, a dining table, and parquet floors. The bathroom is functional with consistent hot water and good water pressure. Heating keeps the apartment warm throughout the stay. Storage space is ample for longer stays. The main beds are comfortable, though the sofa bed in the living room is noticeably less supportive for a full night's sleep. The unit provides bed linen and towels. A private terrace and balcony open directly onto the Eiffel Tower view.

The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, stovetop, electric kettle, tea and coffee maker, cookware, kitchen utensils, and dishwasher. A dining table is available for meals inside. For those who prefer to eat out, the surrounding block offers a variety of restaurants and cafés - including Le Suffren, Café Primerose, Damie, Lido restaurant, Une Idée De Dessert, and Vin et Maree Suffren Ecole Militaire - all within about 300 metres. This mix makes the apartment suitable for both home-cooked meals and spontaneous dining out.

The private terrace and balcony offer a special experience with views of the Eiffel Tower, ideal for morning coffee or evening relaxation with the tower illuminated. The apartment itself does not include a pool, spa, or gym, but the excellent location puts major Paris landmarks and parks within easy walking or metro distance for daytime activities and sightseeing.
