TRAIANO 28, Turin

Accommodation options range from single-room studios to larger apartments with separate living areas and up to two bedrooms. Bathrooms are notably large and feature both a bath or shower and a bidet, with some units offering two separate bathrooms. While some units are modern and spacious, furnished with a wardrobe, sofa, and desk, others have been reported as less consistent with photos, showing dated fixtures, old windows, and less comfortable conditions. Road-facing or unrenovated rooms may feel darker and noisier. Rooms overlooking the garden are quieter and generally better maintained. The building has a lift. Parquet flooring is standard.

The property is 5 km from Lingotto Metro Station, 8 km from the Mole Antonelliana, and 11 km from Allianz Juventus Stadium. Torino Airport is 22 km away. The immediate area offers a wide range of services including bars, restaurants, supermarkets, and a pharmacy, all within a few minutes' walk. Public transport links include bus routes and a light rail that connects to the historic centre and key business areas. On weekends, free street parking is relatively easy to find near the building. The neighbourhood is quiet and practical for travellers with a car or those who need the local services.

The owner is described as highly responsive and provides clear instructions for the electronic check-in process. Daily housekeeping is included. The reception can provide an invoice. There is no on-site parking; street parking is the only option. No internet or Wi-Fi is available. The property is non-smoking throughout and pets are not allowed. Some units feature air conditioning, but this is not standard across all rooms. Heating is available, though some rooms may feel cold due to older windows.
