The homestay sits in a peaceful spot well-placed for rugby fans attending Murrayfield, yet quiet enough for a good night's sleep. Edinburgh Zoo is 2 km away and Edinburgh Castle 4 km. Bus stops are 0.5 km away, the tram station 1 km - the journey into the city centre takes 5 minutes by tram or 10-15 minutes by bus. Edinburgh Airport is 6 km from the property, but no airport shuttle is available; the tram is the most reliable link. Several pubs and restaurants are within a 1-2 km walk, and a small supermarket is very close. Car-free access to the city is straightforward thanks to the nearby public transport stops.
