The property offers a mix of room categories. The apartment-style unit includes a full kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, and a dining area, plus a private entrance and a terrace. Superior rooms and the Suite Apartment feature a private balcony or patio. Some rooms are described as spacious with good storage, while others are more compact - the budget double is a very small, student-style room. Bathrooms are generally described as clean and large in the better rooms, but some basic rooms have a tiny sink and a shower that floods the floor. Sound insulation between rooms and from the internal patio is poor; road-facing and patio-facing rooms can experience noise from neighbours and outdoor machinery. Some rooms have internal windows onto the hallway/patio rather than an external view.
