A 5-minute walk from the nearest metro station, with Santiago Bernabéu Stadium reachable in 18 minutes on foot.
The hostel sits in a residential area about 4 km from Gran Vía and 6 km from Plaza Mayor. The nearest metro stop (Cuatro Caminos or Alvarado) is roughly 5 minutes away, providing direct connections to the city centre and Barajas Airport (about 23 minutes by metro). Numerous cafés, restaurants, a supermarket, and a 24-hour grocery store are within a short walk. On-site parking costs €10/day and must be reserved in advance.

Accommodation

Capsule-style sleeping pods in dormitories or private rooms, each with air conditioning, personal lights, plugs, and a mirror.
Rooms are carpeted and come as either twin dorms (2 beds) or larger shared dormitories with up to 20 capsules. Each capsule provides a curtain for privacy, a reading light, USB and USB-C sockets, hooks, and a small mirror. The standard pods are compact; larger capsules are available and recommended for taller guests. Private rooms are also offered but are windowless and very small, with limited floor space for luggage. Air conditioning is present but the capsules can feel warm, especially summer; opening the curtain helps airflow. Noise from the common areas can carry into the sleeping quarters - earplugs are provided. Rooms generally have natural light from windows, though windows are rarely opened, which can lead to stuffiness.

Dining

A fully equipped shared kitchen with free coffee and tea; no restaurant or dining service on site.
The shared kitchen includes a microwave, kettle, fridge, freezer, utensils, and a Nespresso machine with free capsules. There is no stove or toaster, so hot meals require a microwave. The fridge space is shared among all guests, and food theft has been reported - labeled containers are advisable. Breakfast is not served, but many cafés and restaurants are within a 2-minute walk, offering a range of cuisines from Peruvian to Italian.

Leisure

No pool, spa, or gym on site; the leisure focus is on the shared lounge/TV area and the social kitchen.
For downtime, guests can use the shared lounge/TV area on the ground floor, which also contains the kitchen. The social atmosphere in these common spaces is welcoming, though the lounge is small relative to the 60-bed capacity. The surrounding neighbourhood has a park within walking distance and a shopping centre nearby.

Wi-Fi is free throughout the property. A washing machine is available free of charge (no dryer on site, but a laundromat is across the street). Luggage storage is free and a dedicated room keeps bags away from the sleeping area. Lockers for valuables are offered at an extra charge and are small. Reception provides an invoice, free toiletries (shampoo, shower gel, toothbrushes, razors), and hair dryers. English proficiency among staff varies - many communicate primarily in Spanish.
