Málaga María Zambrano train station is 4 km from the apartment and the port is 4 km, while Málaga Airport is 11 km away - the paid shuttle service can be used for airport transfers. Several restaurants and bars are within a 5-minute walk on surrounding streets. The immediate street has been undergoing construction work, which can affect the approach on foot. The area is lively, particularly in the evenings, with commercial activity and street life.

Each suite includes one or two beds, soundproofed walls, a coffee machine, a flat-screen TV built into the room, and a seating area with a sofa. The bathroom features a walk-in shower and free toiletries. While the rooms are modern and clean upon arrival, those on the ground floor can experience noise from the building's entrance, and windows facing the street may limit privacy. The sofa bed in some configurations is compact and has a metal bar across the middle when unfolded, making it less suitable for adults. The bedroom door may not fully close in some layouts. The building has no lift - access to upper floors is by stairs. The Deluxe Suite is the only room type with a private terrace.
