The neighbourhood is residential and clean, offering a calm base away from the busiest tourist areas but well connected: a Metro A station is 5 minutes away, and a bus stop around the corner runs to all major sights. Rome Ciampino Airport is 18 km from the property. Several supermarkets, cafes, restaurants and shops are within a few steps.

The apartments feature a private entrance, a separate bedroom and living area, and a bathroom with shower and bidet.
