The B&B is on Giudecca's main promenade, giving guests a peaceful base with a spectacular view of Venice's skyline. The nearby Palanca vaporetto stop (lines 2, 4.1, 4.2) provides direct connections to St. Mark's Square (to the right) and Piazzale Roma (to the left), making day trips effortless. Venice Marco Polo Airport is 16 km away, reachable by water bus or Alilaguna water shuttle. The neighbourhood is noticeably quieter and more relaxed than the main island, with several local restaurants, bars, and a fruit-and-vegetable shop within 100 metres. The host provides detailed arrival instructions and local tips, which are helpful for first-time Venice visitors.

The B&B has only three rooms, each slightly different in configuration. Room types include single and larger double options. All rooms feature air conditioning, heating, parquet flooring, free toiletries, a hairdryer, and a flat-screen TV. Some rooms have garden views or views of the internal courtyard and Venice rooftops. Guests have noted the rooms are clean, comfortable, well-equipped with ample storage, and include a mini fridge. The bathrooms are modern and spotless. The single room has an LCD TV and free Wi-Fi. The larger room adds a sofa bed and has a walk-in shower. No room has a balcony or a desk. The overall feel is homely, quiet, and well-maintained.

Breakfast is available for an additional charge of €7 per person and is served daily as an Italian-style spread with fresh pastries (croissants), cake, yoghurt, fruit, cereal, Nutella, jam, bread rolls, juice, and tea or coffee. The host, Laura, prepares cappuccino to order and caters to special dietary requests upon prior notice. Breakfast is served between 08:30 and 10:00. There is no restaurant on site, but a wide selection of local restaurants and bars - including Molino Restaurant, Osteria da Moro, and Harry's Dolci - are within a 3-minute walk, offering authentic Venetian dishes at local prices.

Venice Home provides free Wi-Fi in all areas, daily housekeeping at no extra charge, and a private check-in/check-out process for a smooth arrival. A paid shuttle service (not an airport shuttle) can be arranged for local transport. Breakfast is available for €7/person, and luggage storage is offered after check-out.
