The property sits on a quiet street in a lively neighbourhood lined with bars and restaurants along Fondamenta Ormesini, yet rooms facing the internal garden remain peaceful. Venice Marco Polo Airport is 12 km away; a water taxi or the Alilaguna water bus can drop you at a nearby stop. The Rialto Bridge is a 17-minute walk, and the entire historic centre is reachable on foot or by vaporetto. The area is especially atmospheric in the evening, with a uniquely Venetian nightlife scene.

Double rooms feature a private bathroom with shower, bidet, hairdryer and free toiletries. Each room includes air conditioning, heating, a flat-screen TV, tea and coffee maker, seating and dining area. Rooms are described as large, clean and comfortable, with ample hanging space and storage. Garden-facing rooms are particularly quiet and sunny. Parquet or tile/marble flooring, a safe, and a clothes rack are provided. Some rooms are on the ground floor; the property is spread across a historic building without a lift.

The property does not serve breakfast, but the shared lounge offers a Nespresso machine, tea, a microwave and a fridge. Many bars and restaurants line the canals of nearby Fondamenta Ormesini, serving pizza, seafood and local Venetian dishes. Notable options include Pizzeria da Zorma and Osteria Ai 40 Ladroni, both within a 5-minute walk. The immediate neighbourhood is one of Venice's best dining districts, ideal for evening meals out.

Leisure here is about exploring Venice's historic centre on foot or by vaporetto. The shared lounge and TV area provide a comfortable space to relax after a day out. The neighbourhood itself is a draw, with lively bars along the canal where visitors can enjoy an Aperol spritz or a pizza by the water.
