The hotel sits on Nathan Road, Kowloon's main thoroughfare, with the Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station exit directly below the building. The A21 airport bus stops a few minutes away on foot, giving a direct route to Hong Kong International Airport (approximately 35 minutes by taxi, slightly longer by bus). Harbour City, the Clock Tower, and the Tsim Sha Tsui waterfront are all within a 10-minute walk. The area is busy with shops, convenience stores and fast-food outlets, and the building itself hosts multiple small guesthouses. The lift serves all floors, though the entrance on Nathan Road has three steps and the Canada Road entrance has a small ramp. For travellers using the MTR, Exit N5 leads straight to Nathan Road.

Accommodation includes single, double, twin, triple and family rooms. All rooms have a private bathroom with shower, hairdryer, slippers and free toiletries. Each unit has a flat-screen TV, safe deposit box and electric kettle. Family rooms sleep up to four people with two beds and offer city views. Triple rooms have three beds, making them a rare option for groups in central Kowloon. Rooms are small by international standards, typical for central Hong Kong. Daily cleaning includes bed linen and towel changes. Some rooms have windows that open, while others are windowless; confirming the room type at booking is recommended for those who prefer natural light and ventilation. A water dispenser with hot and cold water is available in the common area. Bed firmness is a personal preference - some find the mattresses hard.

No breakfast or restaurant is available on site. The surrounding streets offer a wide range of affordable local and international dining options within a 300 to 500-metre radius. Choices include Din Tai Fung (dumplings), Tsui Wah Restaurant (Hong Kong-style diner), Delaney's Kowloon Irish Bar, The Sweet Dynasty (Chinese desserts and snacks) and Jenny Bakery (cookies and pastries). A common area on the floor provides a hot and cold water dispenser, tea and instant coffee, and a microwave. For a fuller morning meal, nearby cafés and bakeries are open from early morning.

The hotel does not have a spa, wellness centre, gym or swimming pool. For leisure, Victoria Harbour, the Avenue of Stars, the Clock Tower and Kowloon Park are all within a 10-minute walk. The Tsim Sha Tsui waterfront and the Star Ferry Pier are also a short stroll away, providing easy access to Hong Kong Island and its attractions.
