VIRTUS PRESTIGE - ROOMS & APARTMENTS, Rome

The property sits on the outer ring road (Raccordo Anulare), directly facing a large shopping centre. Anagnina Metro Station (line A) is a 13-minute walk away, connecting to termini and central Rome in about 30-40 minutes. For airport access, Ciampino is only 5 km away (shuttle 25 EUR), while Fiumicino is 30 km (shuttle 70 EUR). Free public parking is available on the street nearby and does not require a reservation, making car travel feasible. The immediate area has several pizzerias, bars, and a supermarket within 500 metres, but the location is on the urban fringe rather than in a walkable historic neighbourhood. The metro line runs until late, though taxis can be difficult to hail on short notice; Uber is a backup but costs more than local taxis.

The property does not have its own restaurant or kitchen. Breakfast is arranged via a voucher for a bar directly opposite the building, valid for one coffee and one pastry per day per person. The bar also offers cakes and pastries to purchase separately. For guests wanting a fuller breakfast, several pizzerias and casual eateries (Pizzeria Cip e ciop, Il forno 92, Le Delizie Della Tavola) are within a 5-minute walk. The apartment rooms include a tea/coffee maker and electric kettle but no full cooking equipment. A supermarket is also nearby for self-catering staples. The absence of on-site cooking means those on longer stays may want to plan meals around takeaway options or stock the room with sandwich supplies.

Several of the themed suites and larger apartments come with an in-room hot tub (Jacuzzi), a private sauna, and a whirlpool bathtub - effectively a private spa experience. These features are not available in all room types, so booking the correct category is essential if this is a priority. The rooms also offer streaming services (Netflix-style) on the flat-screen TV. For children, there is an outdoor play area with equipment. No shared pool or gym is available on site. The wellness amenities are described as clean and functioning, though one report noted a hot tub not working as advertised in some configurations. The units are soundproofed and generally quiet after hours, although occasional noise from other guests in the corridors has been noted.

Internet is free in public areas (Wi-Fi). Parking is free and available off-street nearby, with no reservation needed - a major advantage for car travellers. A shuttle service to both airports operates on request: Fiumicino (30 km, 70 EUR) and Ciampino (5 km, 25 EUR). A separate city-centre shuttle from Fiumicino costs 80 EUR and from Ciampino 35 EUR. Laundry can be arranged for an additional charge. Check-in and check-out are handled privately, with key access via key card or key; there is no 24-hour reception desk. Late check-out after 11:30 costs 30 EUR. Pets are allowed on request (charges may apply). Beds, cots, and rose-petal decoration can be requested in advance. The property accepts a wide range of credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Diners, JCB, Maestro, Discover, CartaSi, UnionPay). No wheelchair-accessible rooms are available.
