Simply furnished apartments with a private bathroom, kitchenette, air conditioning, and flat-screen TV.

The apartments offer practical, budget-friendly accommodation with the essentials: a private bathroom with shower and hairdryer, a kitchenette equipped with stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, tea/coffee maker, and a wardrobe. Units vary - options include one-bedroom layouts with a sofa bed or two-bedroom configurations sleeping up to five. Beds have comfortable mattresses, and rooms are air-conditioned. The furnishings are basic but clean, and a welcome note with small treats (beer, tea, cakes) adds a thoughtful touch. Ideal for short stays of a few nights for couples or small families.

Dining

No on-site restaurant or breakfast service; each apartment has a fully equipped kitchenette for self-catering.

There is no restaurant at the property and breakfast is not served, but every apartment includes a kitchenette with a stovetop, microwave, and electric kettle, allowing you to prepare your own meals. The central Carré d'Or location places dozens of dining options within a 5-minute walk - including Bobo bistro, Noisette, Luci Sera, and Le Mai Thai - all roughly 0.5 km from the door. For groceries, a Monoprix supermarket is a 10-minute walk away.
