The building sits adjacent to a large park and the US Army Museum of Hawaii, providing open green space and unobstructed ocean views. Popular eateries like Steak Shack, House Without a Key, and Kani Ka Pila Grille are all within a 0.5 km walk. Local bus lines are a short walk away, connecting the area without a car. Honolulu International Airport is 15 km away.

Units range from studios to two-bedroom apartments, each featuring a furnished balcony and a private bathroom with a bath or shower.
