The studio is situated in Prague city centre, a 3-minute walk from Prague Main Station and a 5-minute walk from the Historical Building of the National Museum. Old Town Square is 1 km away, the Astronomical Clock is a 13-minute stroll, and Charles Bridge is 2 km from the apartment. Vaclav Havel Prague Airport is 15 km away. The location is very central, with most key attractions reachable on foot. The area also offers a kebab restaurant right below, several pubs and Asian bistros within a 5-minute walk, and a 24-hour bistro across the street.

The studio has one bedroom, one bathroom with a walk-in shower and free toiletries, and a seating area. The kitchenette includes a stovetop, refrigerator, electric kettle, coffee maker, and kitchenware. The bed is comfortable, and the room is very clean and well-furnished. The enclosed balcony adds a quiet outdoor space, ideal for morning coffee. The unit has heating but no air conditioning, and the windows have curtains. The room faces the inner courtyard, making it quiet. There is no oven in the kitchen.

The kitchenette allows for basic meal preparation with a stovetop, fridge, and coffee maker - no oven is available. Several restaurants and bars are within a 3-5 minute walk, including U Stare Posty (a pub with food and beer, across the street), Bredovsky Dvur, Vytopna Railway Restaurant, and an Asian bistro that is open 24/7. A kebab restaurant is located directly below the apartment.

A golf course is within 3 km (additional charge). The surrounding area also offers opportunities for boating, kayaking, canoeing, and scuba diving. The private balcony provides a relaxing space for downtime after exploring the city.

Wi-Fi is free in all areas. Pets are allowed on request with no extra charge. Luggage storage is generally possible from 11:00, helping with early arrivals or late departures. Check-in is at 15:00 and check-out at 11:00. The building has good security with three locked doors. There is no lift - the apartment is on the first floor (16 stairs). No parking or washing machine is available on site.
