The hostel is situated in the historic Al Fahidi district, 8 km from Dubai International Airport and a 14-minute walk from the Grand Mosque. Al Ghubaiba metro and bus stations are within a 2- to 4-minute walk, providing direct rail connections to Dubai Mall, Burj Khalifa (10 km), and City Walk Mall (8 km), as well as a direct bus to Abu Dhabi. Dubai World Trade Centre is 5 km away. The area is well served by grocery stores, Indian and Middle Eastern restaurants, and a Carrefour supermarket within a short walk. The building is older but has an elevator, and the surrounding streets are safe for walking at night.

The accommodation consists of shared rooms with capsule-style beds, each offering a private sleeping space with a comfortable mattress, dimmable lighting, power outlets, and room for a person up to 2 metres tall. Lockers are large enough for a suitcase and clothes. The room also has air conditioning, a washing machine, and a work desk. Bed linen is changed weekly, and daily housekeeping is provided for the common areas. The shared bathrooms are generally clean, with consistent hot showers and free toiletries available, though cleanliness in kitchen and bathroom areas may vary during busy periods. Road-facing rooms can be noisier; the property uses soundproofed rooms and sensor lighting to minimise disturbance.
